Prism Compass
What is it
Prism Compass is an easy-to-use business analysis tool. It facilitates the development of an informed overview of the business’ performance in 7 key areas. The areas covered are:
- Strategic Planning;
- Financial Strength;
- Team Development;
- Product / Service;
- Sales & Marketing;
- Legal; and
- Supplier Relationships.
Following the initial assessment, development priorities are set for an agreed period of time after which another assessment can take place. Each time the results are shown in a spider diagram. The assessments are completed through a workshop with the MD and if appropriate with the management team.

It is a practical tool for existing businesses who understand that in the current economic climate a business needs to evolve continuously in order to survive and thrive.
