What is it
Prism AMS is our Active Management Support service. It probably demonstrates best our genuine interest in your business and desire to get involved where required. The key areas which feature prominently are:
- Strategy, actively assisting you with the development of the strategy for your business;
- Performance, reviewing the performance of the business against agreed goals and targets and providing constructive and practical suggestions for improvement where needed;
- Investment, assisting you with managing the business risks including investment decisions and ensuring appropriate information and management systems are in place;
- People, supporting you in the development of an effective senior/management team and considering related succession planning.
We provide this service at three different levels depending on your requirements:
