Train to Gain

What is it?

“Train to Gain” is a government training grant, provided to leaders of companies with 5-250 employees.

Its objectives are to meet the needs of employers by providing them with training to develop business leadership skills, with the aim of improving their company’s overall commercial performance.

Who’s eligible & how much could you receive?

The funding is aimed at managing directors, key directors and owner/managers of businesses, with between 5 and 250 employees. Companies can apply for a maximum of £1000 funding.*

The grant is made up of the following:

• The first £500 is funded by the scheme;
• A further grant of up to £500 is available but match funded.

How could I use this grant with Prism Group?

With this funding Prism Group could provide your company with financial or marketing training.

Typical services might include:

• Bookkeeping training;
• Long term tax planning workshops;
• Marketing action plan;
• Specific marketing campaign review.
