Free Financial Plan offer
We believe that developing a financial plan is essential when launching a new venture. Whether you're a start-up, part of a larger business launching a new product or business unit or creating a joint venture with another party, setting out your financial framework greatly enhances your changes of success.
At Prism Group we love nothing more then entrepreneurship, and being involved in it. So, to qualify for our Free Financial Plan offer*), please email us with a description of your new venture (max 400 words) and our internal panel of business experts will select the most innovative one to win. The deadline for emailing us is Friday 17 July 2009 and the winner will be announced on our website on the 31 July 2009.
The creation of the financial plan will involve a 3 hour workshop to discuss your sales and cost structure and the 3-year plan will be delivered in Excel format detailing a Financial Summary, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Performance Tracker and a number of input sheets covering the assumptions. The plan will be ready for you to use as a tool to manage your venture and to support discussions with your bank if needed.
