Janice Farr – Accounts Assistant
Janice is involved with the preparation of our client annual accounts, management accounts, VAT returns and personal tax returns. She also oversees our payroll services.
Gail Boustead – Accounts Co-ordinator
Gail is responsible for the electronic submission of signed accounts to Companies House and the electronic submission of corporation tax returns and personal tax returns to HM Revenue & Customs. Gail co-ordinates the Company Secretarial services offered by Prism Group and monitors the receipt, storage and return of client records.
Jo Byrne – Accounts Assistant
Jo is involved with the preparation of our client annual accounts. She also visits clients on a regular basis to perform bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT return preparation, CIS returns and payroll services.
Patsy Margrett – Accounts Assistant
Patsy prepares our clients payrolls, together with performing bookkeeping and VAT return preparation services for a number of our clients.
Rachel Shaughnessy - Associate Accounts Assistant
Rachel is a qualified accountant and experienced bookkeeper. She also prepares annual and management accounts, manages the payroll and prepares VAT Returns for many of our clients.
